Crisis Control can also assist your organization in developing training programs or exercises. The programs and exercises will be developed in close cooperation with your organization.
We recommend to exercise your crisis management team at least once a year. In that way you can accommodate new crisis management team members in your team and the other members get the opportunity to refresh their skills.
The exercises should be tailor-made to your organization. It is our concern that the team members learn from the exercise and are motivated to surpass their expectations of their own abilities as a member of a crisis team.
We can offer many exercises, such as tabletop exercises and operational exercises.
Generally, in a training scenario the crisis management team gets a realistic scenario, where the pressure is built up gradually. After the training, the team will receive a customized feedback, possibly with recommendations to improve the crisis management organization.
Of course we can do more, such as a scenario of a slow crisis. Those scenarios are more difficult, but a real challenge to well-trained crisis management teams!
