Introduction
During a crisis a crisis management team will be formed to manage the crisis. This team must be assisted by a support team, a highly underestimated function in crisis management. The president or the gold commander work closely with his or her support team and should rely on a smooth functioning team. The team members of the support team should understand the do’s and do nots of working in a crisis management team.
Program Overview
The training program consists of 1 day. During the first part the team gets acquainted with the do’s and do nots of a crisis management team: why do we work differently, how do we work during a crisis and what do you need to be efficient during a crisis? During the second part you will receive realistic scenarios and train your skills.
Theory and Practice
This course has been carefully balanced between theory and practice, thus keeping our participants highly motivated. Realistic scenarios help the participant to understand and master the skills necessary to be effective in the support team.
Who should attend the course
Members of the support team of the Crisis Management Team.
Duration of the course
The program lasts one day or can be spread over two sessions.

Certificate
Participants will receive a certificate after the training.
Number of participants
The minimum number of participants is 10 and the maximum 15.
