Aftercare is the most underrated part of a crisis. Most crisis management teams want to go home after a weary day (or even worse: a weary night). When the crisis management team has not dealt with after care it is unlikely they will have the energy to arrange the preparation of a keen aftercare plan. In this course the participants learn what should be done to prepare a concise aftercare plan during the crisis.
Program Overview
The training program consists of 1 day. During the first part of the training program the participants get acquainted with the do’s and don’ts of aftercare: why does the aftercare start during the crisis, who is responsible, what should be done and how can we be effective during the crisis? In the second part you will receive a realistic scenario and get the opportunity of sitting in the hot seat.
Theory and Practice
This course has been carefully balanced between theory and practice, thus keeping our participants highly motivated. The participants learn in a realistic scenario training to prepare a concise aftercare plan.
