During a crisis a crisis management team will be formed to manage the crisis. This team is the nucleus of the Crisis Management Organization. Success or failure is in their hands. In this team the role of the chairman can be decisive. Estimates of success rates are up to 60%. In this class we offer the chairman or sometimes the gold commander a unique opportunity to master their skills of excellent chairmanship during a crisis.
Program Overview
The training program consists of 1 day. During the first part you get acquainted with the do’s and do nots of effective crisis management: why do we work differently, what are the psychological needs, how do we work during a crisis and what do you need to be effective and efficient as a chairman during a crisis? During the second part you will receive realistic scenarios, where all participants can train their skills as a chairman.
Theory and Practice
This course has been carefully balanced between theory and practice. Specific case studies help you to understand and master your skills necessary to be effective in the hot seat.

The chairman (or Gold Commander) and vice-chairman of the Crisis Management Team

The program lasts one day or can be spread over two sessions.
